Due to the road conditions this morning and the continuing snowfall and reduced visibility throughout the day, we will be sending buses out to pick up students from schools at 1:00 pm today. This will allow for travel during daylight hours.

We have been so lucky to have guest instructors come and share their love of Metis Jigging with our students during Phys Ed classes! Today was their second visit with us. Our next dance sessions will begin in March, with new instructors teaching us about Powwow dancing!

This year, Mountain View School Division's booth at the the South Parkland Healthy Child Family Fun Day will feature the language programs available within the school division. Representatives from Smith-Jackson School and Ecole Macneil will be there to promote both the Ukrainian Bilingual Program and the French Immersion Program!

For Monday, February 3 - ALL MVSD buses are cancelled due to extensive snow drifts and plugged rural roads. At this time, all MVSD schools will be open.
